How usage works
AI and WhatsApp are paid at cost from prepaid balances, so they cost only what you use.
AI at the provider's price
Every AI reply, draft and summary is charged at what the AI provider charges us, with no markup. We add up the exact cost of each request and take whole cents from your AI wallet.
- Paid plans add AI credit to the wallet each time they renew
- Top up $1 to $1,000 at a time, or turn on automatic top-up
- When the wallet is empty, AI pauses until you top up
WhatsApp at Meta's rates
Messages Meta charges for are paid at Meta's rates, with no markup, from a prepaid WhatsApp balance. Meta sets each rate by message type and country.

What counts toward your limits
- A message
- A message your team or a workflow sends from Flowlines, including WhatsApp templates. Messages customers send you are not counted.
- A contact
- A person or business in your CRM, whichever channel they came from.
- A seat
- Everyone in your workspace counts as a seat, including invites not yet accepted.
- A channel
- One connected channel account, such as a WhatsApp number or an Instagram account.
- A broadcast
- One broadcast campaign you create and send to a saved audience.
- A workflow run
- One time a workflow starts and runs through its steps.
Pricing questions
How does billing work?
Plans are billed by card, monthly or yearly. A yearly plan costs 10 times the monthly price, so 2 months are free. AI and WhatsApp usage is paid from prepaid balances that you top up.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts start a 14-day trial of Pro, with no credit card. We remind you three days before it ends. If you don't choose a plan, the workspace moves to the Free plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. The change is prorated: you pay, or are credited, the difference for the rest of the billing period.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Seats, channels, workflows and API tokens are hard limits: you can't add another until you upgrade or remove one. On paid plans, messages, broadcasts and workflow runs can go past the monthly allowance, and the extra shows as overage on your billing page. On Free they pause until the month resets.
What happens when the AI wallet runs out?
AI replies and AI tools pause until you top up. You can add $1 to $1,000 at a time, or turn on automatic top-up from $5 so it never runs dry.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. You can undo the cancellation before then.
